1. Scope
These SMS Terms apply only if you separately enroll to receive text messages from Virginia Way Investor, LLC, doing business as Core Way Investor. They supplement our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. This website does not currently display an SMS enrollment form.
2. Consent to educational messages
If an enrollment mechanism becomes available and you choose to enroll, you expressly authorize Virginia Way Investor, LLC and Core Way Investor to send recurring automated/autodialed educational text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your data will not be shared with third parties.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, you agree to opt out before relinquishing it.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out. After an opt-out request, you may receive a confirmation message. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact support@corewayinvestor.com.
5. Privacy and availability
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network provider and may not be available on all devices or in all areas.
